At My Best Little Cat House, we provide your cat with exceptional grooming services. Should your cat have significant matting or pelting, additional charges may apply due to the increased time required. We ensure your cat's comfort and happiness, while making sure they look their best.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – My Best Little Cat House LLC Your time is valuable—and so is mine. To ensure I can serve all clients efficiently, please review the cancellation policy below: 🐾 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your spot to another client. 🐾 Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. 🐾 If I arrive at your home and am unable to groom your cat due to behavioral or safety issues, a trip fee may still apply. 🐾 I understand that emergencies happen—please communicate as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Travel Fee Policy – My Best Little Cat House LLC 🐾 I’m happy to offer in-home cat grooming to clients outside the LC Valley! However, to cover time and travel expenses, the following fees apply: 🚗 Travel fees are based on distance from the LC Valley: 0–15 miles: No additional fee 16–30 miles: $15 travel fee 31–50 miles: $25 travel fee Over 50 miles: Please contact me for a custom quote 🐱 Travel fees are added to your grooming total and must be paid at the time of service.
